Went to the store to find it closed. A wasted trip even though the hours were stated on the door and showed open on the website.

Lots of selection very informed staff work was done in a reasonable time the clean up was excellent a very great job very pleased and would recommend them to anybody

Very disappointed! After picking out our carpet we were given a date for measurements to be taken. The appointment was made for 4:30 Friday afternoon, arrangements were made to leave work early to be home and they were a no show. Tried calling the store before closing time and there was no answer. Gave them a second chance the following week and this time was told they would call back within the hour to confirm another appointment time for Friday morning when someone would be home and it is now Saturday morning and we have not had a call or measurements taken. We have always tried to shop local to support business but business also needs to support thier locals.

Started out as a good experience. However, after ordering the flooring we were into our 3rd week of waiting. Numerous times being told that it would be on the next shipment. (Granted, the store cannot control what ever screw ups happen at warehouse). But the store was by no means proactive in attempting to get our order in, nor did they answer our phone calls or return calls. It did not feel that they genuinely cared. We canceled.
