        5 stars on all accounts! The products are delicious, gluten & dairy free too. The ingredients are high quality & production is meticulous. Then there is the customer service, out of this world amazing! Ephie & Meghan are friendly, kind, detail oriented...simply amazing. The notes in the packages, the quick local delivers PLUS they support and give back to their community. St.Thomas is so lucky to have these two women and their business as part of our community! Thanks ladies!

        These are the best energy bars anywhere. We have eaten them for the past six years. All natural and perfectly balanced. No sugar hangover from these! The flavours are fabulous, the texture excellent. Love them!

        These energy/protein bars are a MUST in our household. We always carry at least one bar when out on errands or going to meetings. And we get a box for trips and to bring to the cottage. Have bought for years, and will continue to. In Canada the bars have been West to Banff and Calgary; and East to Halifax NS and little "BurntChurch" in New Brunswick.
