Monica and Joe came out to our house to assess and replace the springs on our automatic garage door opener. They arrived at the house at the exact time they said they would be there and were two of the most polite professionals that I have ever encountered. They completed the work with the utmost of professionalism and in a timely manner. Joe's attention to detail when cleaning up around his worksite and ensuring that the garage door opener was repaired and fully functional was exceptional. I have used another local garage door repairer in the past but will always call J&K Overhead Doors from now on when and if I need any garage door repair needs completed. Most excellent experience from service professionals. Highly highly recommend.

So I called J&K at about 9:30am on a Tuesday morning. I expected to book an appointment a few weeks away because EVERYTHING is booking at least that. Imagine my surprise when they said they could be there that very afternoon. By 4:30pm my garage door had new springs on it and it was working better than new. The price was exactly what they said it would be. I was expecting some form of upswell but nope! They did what they said they would, they did it quickly and they did it on budget. 100% recommend if you need your garage door fixed!

I had to replace a spring on my door. They talked to me about the steps required to do it safely and even lent me a tool to do it . I bought the part from them and away I went. Great people. I recommend them to all. Thanks guys!!!
