I pre-paid for my gas on my credit card put it in put the pen it was approved went outside lifted the nozzle. He told me to set it back down and that he cancelled it and I had to come inside and pay again I dont understand why I had to pay again when I had a receipt Showing that it was approved so he recharged me. I got my $40 in gas. I got home and there was an $80 charge on my credit card. The store for weeks on end just kept telling me oh its pending. Oh itll go away oh I dont know Ill talk to a manager eventually I had to call my credit card company and dispute it and have them remove it because it was the end of the guys shift and Im pretty sure he just didnt want to reconcile it so he double charged me. Ridiculous poor customer service.
