Always a great time at Asuka. Great food and service. Its always a place I recommend to people who enjoy this cuisine!

Came for dine in and it was excellent.. pricey for small eaters though.. I can't do five stars because I did take-out a week or so later ..the sushi was great but it was very disappointing that the sesame chicken was old tasting, chewy, dry and definitely seemed microwaved... Not sure if I'll ever do take-out again but definitely came back for dine-in. It wasn't full in there and it was fast and excellent ...I love Asuka!

Four of us attended around 5pm on a Saturday. The first red flag ought to have been the single guy making sushi behind the counter. They were quick to bring out a few fried foods, but after an hour we had to ask where our food was because we had a show to get to. In the span of about 5 minutes they had sushi rolls at our table. The rolls were decent, and the sashimi (salmon and butterfish) were both fresh enough. The service, when delivered, was brought with the opposite of a smile with no knowledge of the food that was being delivered. It could have been sesame chicken we ate, but no one will ever know. After initial beverage delivery no additional beverages were offered or received until asking at approximately the 1hr10min mark. We went because the reviews said 4.5 stars so maybe we got them on an exceptionally bad knight, or maybe Im just asuka.
