        I have been going to James for years and James has always been very professional and helpful. I have a history of back issues and is wonderful to help when my back acts up and helps with advise and techniques I can do to help improve my back issues so I am in less pain. His wife Amanda is also very friendly and helpful and I have quite enjoyed the walking group they have set up.
