        Customer service is none existence. When I asked for help with information on a item I was told they were busy. There was 2 girls at checkout, no one in line, the girl told me they were busy and there was only one other guy and he was sitting on a stool stocking shelves and he also was to busy to help me. Bad attitude when there is a new Rens store opening next week.

        They never have any birds here, I even call them to make sure but when I get there they dont have any kind of birds. Maybe they are not doing stock checks properly or they dont care Also this pet smarts looks under staffed hard to find someone here to ask for help.
