Love how clean the gym is.

Was a member along with my brother and father. We were advocates for this gym now I wouldn't waste my money or time along with anyone else's. No access to a change room unless you're a 'Gold' member is pretty sad. Space is at least half of what it used to be. Was an absolute circus to get them to stop taking payments even after we dropped off the letter blah blah they still snake you out of a month or 2 worth of membership. Staff was always great can't deny that Glen was always pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. Just disheartening with the amount of changes that did occur and why they're losing the business they have

My fianc and I enjoyed this club when we were able to use it while living in st. Thomas, however we were disgruntled by how the owners of this gym handled the process of cancelling our memberships when we no longer lived in town and had no way of continuing the use of their facilities. When I had called to see if I could cancel the membership over the phone (LIKE EVERY OTHER GYM WE'VE BEEN TO) I was told I would have to provide a reason for the cancellation that they would then review to see if it was "acceptable" to their standards. This is an invasion of privacy - an individual should be able to cancel their membership at any time, ESPECIALLY if their contracted time is up, without having to prove to the owners that there is a reason for cancellation. Once I sent my letter my fianc continued to be charged for his membership and my own for an extended period of time. My fianc also called to inquire about the cancellation process further and the female attendee over the phone was immature enough to just stop answering his questions once she discovered he was wanting to cancel. Just dead silence over the phone, not providing any more answers and giving the silent treatment like a child. We were disappointed and frustrated by this as we felt we had a good relationship with the owners while we were using their facilities but as soon as we were no longer able to continue doing so they treated us with extreme disrespect and immaturity. 10/10 would not recommend using this gym.
