Cody is amazing. Very responsive, caring, and smart. Our house sale had a few unique elements that required him to do a lot of work, and he went above and beyond in many ways, helping our family with a challenging situation, and making the process much easier to deal with. We were able to trust him and he did a great job, selling the house quickly and at a good price, and doing a lot of other stuff to help us too. I highly recommend him.

Good on the initials, very personable, & came out right away to do an evaluation of the property. However motivation dropped on attention to details and then a poor follow-up experience and delayed paperwork.

We couldnt be happier with Cody and Damien. They were extremely knowledgable and helped us in getting our forever home! Throughout all the viewings, they helped us notice things that we otherwise would have missed or ignored. They were also super prompt at responding and had an answer for all our questions! They also have a great sense of humour so every walkthrough was very enjoyable, which is always an added bonus We will be recommending then to all our friends and family!

Awesome!!!! I was nervous & skeptical about dealing with a real estate person. I found Cody to be very down to earth with good views & values. He was patient with all of my questions, took time to explain everything in detail, and got me far more than i was expecting to get for my home. Other than my own emotions over selling my home, Cody made it a very quick & painless, & stress free ordeal. I highly recommend Cody to anyone buying or selling. He is definitely one of the good guys that cares about his clients.
