When beginning to work with Catalyst, we were made to feel very welcome, and customer service seemed great. Our experience unfortunately fell into a textbook example of over promising and under delivering. At a crucial time in the startup phase of our business, Catalyst told us that they'd cover a wide range of purchases, and to go ahead and go shopping for "anything that you're not going to nail down" - this is a direct quote from their email to us. We were told that they'd shop around to a number of lenders and they'd get most if not all of our supplies and furniture purchases covered at what we thought was a good interest rate, assuming we hit a certain threshold of spending. What ended up happening was that they only shopped our purchases out to one lender, who rejected most of the list of what we'd purchased. That meant that 1) the majority of the items we purchased had to come out of our cash account instead of being leased over 60 months, and 2) because most of the list got rejected, we were not able to get the good interest rate that we'd been discussing with Catalyst. If reasonable expectations had been set from the beginning, we would have made very different spending decisions, and would have shopped around to other companies other than Catalyst. But since Catalyst was offering such good terms, and they had a long history with one of our major vendors, we pushed ahead only with them. These problems really shouldn't have happened, and when they were brought to the attention of Catalyst management, our concerns were brushed aside. We definitely won't be returning to Catalyst as we expand our business.

I was dealing with the Oakville On branch. The gentleman i was working with helped me out a great deal with finding a truck and started the process. Would use these guys again with no regrets. Easy to talk to and very helpful. If you need truck financing give Mike Wilson a call he will go far beyond just getting you the money he will make sure your dealing with a reputable sales man and dealer. They would even help if you want a private sale or auction. I have delt with many banks and lenders and these guys make it easy for everyone.THANKS AGAIN MIKE!!!!

I was dealing with MIKE WILSON, over at catalyst finance. The gentleman i was working with helped me out a great deal with finding a truck and started the process. Would use these guys again with no regrets. Easy to talk to and very helpful. If you need truck financing give Mike Wilson a call. He went as far as picking me up at the dealership and giving me a ride home after a misunderstanding between myself and the dealership, I live an hour from the dealership so that was great of MIKE to do. Thanks again MIKE WILSON for everything u did for me to get me in my new truck!! U went above and beyond !!
