Came in to get a quick treat for my young daughter after a trip to the park. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter (with no one ahead of us) without being acknowledged while at least 6 employees attended to drive-thru. This is nothing new, I know drive-thru is your money maker and at this point I do expect to wait a little longer to get service at the counter. But is it too much to ask to be treated like you want my business? Even a Well be with you in a moment would have gone a long way. Ultimately ended up leaving because I only had time for a quick stop and didnt want to wait and see if someone was going to come over.

I always have great experiences when I visit this location. Their products are always fresh and delicious. And the staff is friendly and serve you in a timely manner.
