I keep hoping they'll improve. Totally understaffed. I waited at the pickup window 6 mins before anyone even greeted me. 4 mins later, after I insisted they refill the TP in the accessible washroom. Then she handed me my order that had been sitting by the window all along. Drive in to Wellington Road in London... it will be better service a d quicker... even with the drive. May I also point out that the Skip guy next to me had been waiting 25 mins for his order. And sitting here in the parking lot they just lost 2 customers as they didn't answer.

Worst service ever. Placed an order online. Was supposed to be ready 5:54. Its 6:30 and still waiting. Told that it would only be a 10 min wait. Ridiculous. Never coming back

I'll never understand how this crud hole stays open. Food is always either burnt or cold. Sloppily tossed on plate. We were one of five tables occupied in entire restaurant and it still took 70 minutes till food came out. It was ridiculous. Staff clearly overworked and stopped caring. Been 3 times, all three times a disaster. Shocks me when I see it still open.
