We used Ben Gilbert Roofing and Exteriors to redo our roof, eavestrough, siding and a patio door. Ben came out after shortly requesting a quote and we received the quote the same day! Ben's prices are very competitive as we had got other quotes from contractors in the area. Over the course of a month, Ben's team completed the work and every single worker encountered was professional and kind. They showed up on time and they also cleaned up very well after they were done each day. Ben was always available to answer any questions or concerns and was a pleasure to interact with. The invoice at the end of the project was the same as the quote. I would choose Ben again for future exterior work. Services: Roof installation, Gutter installation

Reached out for small siding repair, was told repair would not be a problem and they could definitely schedule me within the 2 months before I sold my house, cost would be under $300. Followed up a few times only to suddenly be told it would cost $4000-5000 for a full removal and reinstall of the whole side of my house. Ended up fixing it myself with a friend for free in under an hour. Either they were trying to rip me off or that was their way of saying they didn't want to do the job. Either way I would not recommend this business due to poor ethics and business practices.

Absolutely recommended! After a bad storm, Ben came out and had all the damage sized up and made safe the same day I called him. Within a few days his crews had all repairs done and new gutters and downspouts installed on my house and outbuildings. Work was fast, and done right. Ben made sure I was satisfied immediately after the work was completed, and even followed up again a few weeks later after a big storm to make sure everything was performing perfectly.

We hired Ben Gilbert Exteriors for 2 projects. First Project was carpet removal & replacement of LVP. Second project was our upper deck rebuild. This review is for project 1. We dealt primarily with the contractor Dan "the man" He would be given a 5/5 for everything from his demeanor, communication skills, reliability & our trust in him was good. We had a lengthy start delay for this project. Dan worked hard, kept a clean work area & gave us the finished result that he confidently promised on our 1st day. It has been around 1 year now & my stairs look as great today as when they were finished. This stair completion united the basement & upper level with a seamless look of the same flooring even though they were installed a different times by different companies. Project 2 never began due to Ben's commitments elsewhere. We were very disappointed as we waited over 1 year & have just finally committed to having our deck rebuilt by another company. The quote originally given was too generalized, which led to some concern at the final payment stage & communications with the office and Ben were minimal. So we'd say 2/5 for that. If we were only to deal with Dan for future indoor projects, we wouldn't hesitate. Thanks to him for a great job done! Rick & Sandra Wilde

They are a wonderful team of people. From the very pleasant office staff, to the hard working crew that fixed my roof. Ben went out of his way to temporary fix the roof at the time of inspection and returned, when he stated, with very polite, knowledgeable and hardworking men. I was very impressed with his work, honesty and the workers he had. I would strongly recommend Gilbert Roofing and will use him again should I require them.th Thanks again, Ben and staff, you were wonderful to work with.
