        Bought Echo equipment locally from dealer. Had problems, always told 'nothing wrong'. They closed, went to another Echo dealer. From Fall 2023 until January 2024, left chainsaw with leaking problem, finally told fine although took to store in plastic bag so oil leakage could be seen. Then they closed. Echo recommended Basil at Rent-All. Fixed straightaway, also fixed under warranty Echo leaf blower with a cutting out problem that was 'nothing wrong' elsewhere. 45 minute drive to St. Thomas Rent All but they know what to do. Thanks Basil and Co.!

        Always Rent from here. Usually lifts/booms, multiple times. Have had a few technical issues with equipment on the job, things happen. But they are always so quick and helpful to make sure the customer and equipment are taken care of. Staff is always great to deal with. Equipment always gets the job done!! Thanks
