        My experience was absolutely outstanding. I was in a car accident and Doug picked up my car. My brother called him after the accident because my phone was left behind, this was during dinner time, no hesitation, he met my brother to pick up my phone, even helped to find my other needed belongings at the time. Doug went above and beyond to try and make the best out of my situation. I had to go sign off on my car for my insurance company to take it, i thought it was going to be an emotional experience, but Doug was so kind and made us laugh, even helped us clean out the car. Very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and down to earth. Almost felt like I was dealing with a friend. If I am ever in need of service again, I will 100% go back to Doug. My daughter (14) also wanted to thank Doug for his amazing customer service and how helpful he was. 20/10 recommend! Thank you very much Medlyn custom services, could not of been in better hands.
