We are newcomers to Canada with no much knowledge about buying a used vehicle. We dealt with Aiden, who was very supportive, responsive with all our concerns. We made a deposit of 500$ and then changed our mind since we found some issues with the vehicle (rust) at later point of time. After hearing our concerns Aiden agreed to refund our deposit (refund process in progress at the moment though). Even though we didn't end up buying from them, I can recommend this dealership and Aiden.

I bought a vehicle here that had a shake when i test drove it. I asked that they make sure the shake was addressed before i took posession but there was nothing done about it. Turns out the tires were no good. I asked many times for compensation but i was told that it didnt shake when they drove it. (only before and after when i drove it). The sales associate claimed via text that it 100% was mentioned to be fixed before i took the vehicle. They also made an error on the mileage for the warranty that came with the purchass, leaving me with no valid warranty at all, and again no compensation for their error. After several attempts to have auto haven do something, anything at all to make things right i decided to contact the better buisness bureau for help. Auto haven still a month later has ignored all communication with them as well. This company doesnt even deserve 1 star
