        Travelling through St.Thomas! One of my favourite YMCA locations, wish Corporate YMCA would support my local Oshawa facility with this much commitment for improvement. Great layout with tons of space to figure out what's in store for your next workout! Staff are friendly! Building seems to be full of energy! Very clean, machines are in great shape. Thanks for the quick sweat! See ya down the road!

        The pool is the perfect temp, the sauna gets you sweating fast, and the hot tub is hot. They also have a steam room too. They've got a great cardio and turf section. The weights and machines are ok. Overall probably my favorite Y
