I booked an appointment for my kids at 10:30am and 11:00am for haircut and got there at 10:20. Somebody else came after us and he had an appointment at 11:30 but the hairstylist took that client first instead of respecting our appointment and told us to wait for another 30 min. I was very disappointed and canceled my appointment. I'll never use this place again.

Been going to this place for a while and I recently moved to kanata and tried this place, I work 9-5 so i went after work, around 5:20, and the lady turned me away and asked me to come tomorrow because she wanted to close on time. I was in shock due to the fact that there was 40 minutes until she closed, and she was alone, but there was one chair in use and it didnt seem like she would need 40 minutes to close the whole store. Then I asked her if she was joking and she got a bit frustrated at me due to her working 9 hours. They should really not be working their workers this hard and let them get this tired if theyre literally turning away customers with almost an hour left in their shift. Unbelievable.
