Been there for a long time, my hair stylist retired, booked with Stacy , stuck in the traffic , I called the receptionist said to her I will be late around 15-20 mins is that okay? She said yes, arrived 17 mins late the receptionist said Stacy said she cant do the service today because I am late, I said I did called they said yeah sorry theres nothing they cant do for me???? . I have a important event to go and been there for years never late before, they usually made me wait for at least 15-20 mins. Wow I will never comeback here again, you guys are not the only hair salon in Ottawa okay? I hope the owner will see this review and have a look at his staffs again. Business like this will never last . Services: Hairstyling, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring

Always my go to! Stacy is an expert colourist and stylist. She knows exactly what I want. Ive done some pretty drastic styles too and shes done a wonderful job!
