Firstly very professional and friendly staff, came at the location to get the info for my bank pain which they helped me to figure out what will be best for me, but unfortunately being fully booked at that location still they have explained me everything and put me in there next availability though i was there for a visit in ottawa for a short stay they also said me when ever I visit again that i can even book it via there web site. The thing which will make me visit there again in the ambiance and the cleanness of the place and the way staff greeted me. Really very thankful off the front desk lady who was very kind and helpful towards me. I must say its worth to visit them.

Had my first appointment at Massage Addict with Caitlin. I must say it was one of the best massage experiences I ever had. She knows her job and is very good at it. Highly recommended!

Very good massage therapists. I had a concern unrelated to the treatment (payment options) and it was addressed by the owner immediately. I will definitely be returning as the massage therapist was knowledgeable and helped me with my hip pain tremendously.
