I've ordered a bike from the website but the item was not available and my order got cancelled. The store manager offered an option to buy a better bike with the same price. It was a excellent experience and greatly surprised by the high standards of their services.

A few locations across the city, all are good. Recent visit to Stittsville location was great. Super nice service, the staff are amazing, all of them. Bike prepared and tuned while I waited (less than 30 minutes). Huge inventory. Highly recommend a visit.

Wow! Jeff and the staff at Stittsville are outstanding in service and road cycling knowledge! We come to this location for all of our cycling needs (about an hour away), from winter trainers to shoes to bike fitting, there is nowhere better! I cant say enough about our positive experiences each time.
