Stittsville Flooring

I do not recommend- our experience was a nightmare. Essentially, the owner will say anything to get a sale, but will not actually back up any warranty work. She told me the installer who originally came to our house was good/ highly recommended. He was obviously inexperienced and had never dealt with this type of flooring. They didnt supervise him, and he managed to damage most of the flooring. When I sent pictures to the owner, they only responded after another day of the guy damaging more flooring. The new installer was pressured to salvage too much of the flooring, which was damaged and started falling apart after 6 weeks. We were told to crazy glue the flooring together. After multiple calls while the flooring was under warranty, one of the owners would come, look at the floor and say that the damage was normal. Then we were accused of walking on the floor too hard. We are out of thousands of dollars and have given up and hired another company to install a new floor after only 2 years of having the flooring in our house. Dont use this company- they dont understand their products, will say anything to get a sale and will absolutely not provide any warranty work whatsoever- even if the problem was clearly with them.

Very happy with the services received from Stittsville Flooring! Bushra and Abdoul were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me during the project. Within a week of finalizing my quote, my basement floor was installed. My wife and I love the finished product and we believe the pricing fair and competitive. I definitely recommend using Stittsville Flooring.
