I recently tried colonics for the first time, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The owner and Colon Hydrotherapist Kathleen at the centre was very welcoming and professional, taking the time to explain the process thoroughly before getting started. The procedure itself was quick and painless. I found it to be very effective in cleansing my system. I felt much lighter and more energized after the treatment, and my skin even looked brighter and clearer. Overall, I would highly recommend colonics to anyone looking for a safe and effective way to detoxify their body.

I had my 1st colonic cleanse with Kathleen, few weeks ago. It was a great experience. Kathleen is very gentle and knowledgeable, I felt at ease.. it was amazing, .I would highly recommend anyone considering have colonic cleanse With Kathleen . Looking forward to my next session with Kathleen.

I recently had a colonic at Stoney Creek Colonics I have colonics at other establishments in the past I must say that I was most impressed with Kathleen the owner - operator of Stoney Creek Colonics at her skills in performing the colonic ! I felt extremely at ease from start to finish ! She is a true professional I will definitely be a repeat customer!
