CARSTAR Stoney Creek

My family, friends and I have been bringing our cars here for as long as I can remember. Its been a while since I paid a visit - which is a good thing - but when my car was recently struck, I knew there was nowhere else I would take it. Their work is always outstanding, thorough and I believe they have your best interest at heart regarding the work and cost. I picked up my car today and the level of detailed work they did was above and beyond expectations. As most collisions go, I was very stressed and anxious but knowing my car was there helped immensely. Although I hope to not see them too frequently in the future, I will always come here as long as they are around. Thank you for everything!

Did not stay in contact with insurance company without constant contact from vehicle owner they took low quality photos that the insurance company could not use and thought it was okay to send them over when you could not read vin then made customer take own photo of vin and email it in after arguing with them that the vin was blocked by debris while the customer was 2 inches from it reading it then did not send legible photo of vin for weeks after receiving garbage service -10/10 do not recommend it's literally been 1 months and 7 days since the accident and customer still has no idea what's going on with their vehicle

This was my first time useing a collision Center , I Just picked my car up from here and they did an amazing job . The staff were awsome and the finished product is great . Highly recommend

I got my car fixed here and they were absolutely amazing. Joseph in particular was very helpful. My car was also a mess when bringing it in and they cleaned it! Overall super happy with their service and would recommend!
