The customer service is outstanding ! From the receptionist to the mechanics. I have never left disappointed. Recently came in looking for tires and rims for my Chrysler Pacifica an oil change and an a/c maintenance. Terry had gone through all of the maintenance with me that needed to be done while Joanne found my tires and rims in no time! Will never take my vehicles anywhere else as these owners go above and beyond your normal customer service. I wish there were more stars!! I can truly say my family was blessed to finally find T & J Automotive. When my Mechanic retired after 20 years of taking care of our vehicles, a disapointing search for a new service center & several very unsatisfactory service calls... I found them, just down the street. With my previous unpleasant experience in heart, I went in a bit aprehensive but was releived to find only a Welcoming team of people dedicated to their customers & their business, with Safety in the forefront. Providing Clear explanations of situations, repairs needed & options Fair evaluations & pricing. And, as if THAT wasn't enough for 5+ stars; After I had an accident, they provided above & beyond assistance & support in dealing with the often underhanded & misleading business of towing, insurance & reporting. My family & our vehicles are in good hands. Like I said, wish there was more stars & even better words than THANK YOU ! Fran

It took me a while to find a good honest mechanic and let me tell you, I am sooo happy I brought my car to T&J. They are absolutely amazing and make you feel like family. Terry is my mechanic from now on. I will not take my car anywhere else. I have a 2012 VW Jetta and the front suspension needed replaced, so I got 2 new front coil springs. I am super happy with the service. During the replacement process, a little bit of grind sparks got onto my windshield, and I thought it was just dirt but it wasn't coming off, so I was afraid I would have to replace my windshield. T&J asked me to bring my car back to the shop and I did yesterday. Terry had a look and explained what happened & was able to get all the debri off with a special blade, and my windshield is now back to normal. He even took my car and we went around the block to check for any clunk noises I had mentioned, and there were none, my car is in perfect condition! He went above & beyond to make sure everything is okay with my car. I appreciate all your hard work. I have already recommended you to my family & friends.
