The sales person was disrespectful to my partner, talking over him when he tried to ask questions. He tried to sell us a car that had been crashed and told us we could fix the damage for less than $100.00 when in reality it would have cost thousands. He also tried to tell us that the edges of the rear door that were rusted out and missing bits was merely cosmetic. The hood was so full of stone chips it looked like a load of gravel had been dumped on it. And all this could be ours for $11,000.00 plus taxes, registration etc. and the price of repairs

Had a wonderful experience.I purchased my new car from United Star. Mr. Waheed took care of my transactions very quickly and easily while the car was being looked at and the procedures were being done. Mr Waheed is extremely professional and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Waheed. He was meticulous and picky, as if he was going to buy the car for himself, and he was incredibly helpful. I purchase my 2019 BMW 530i headache free. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Excellent customer service. Thank you again.

I had a very good experience from this dealership. I bought a 2011 Civic which was driven only 95k, good condition, for a good price when the market was crazy. Bilal (AKA Billy) is the man! I tried to negotiate but didnt work lol, but he gave me good set of winter tires within the price listed. So overall great experience.

Unprofessional service Booked test drive called that I was on my way. After 2 hour drive they were negotiating with another couple as I walked in. Not good

I was surprised when I saw a contact so fast after seeing a Kia Forte on a site I was using. The guy said his name was Billy and he worked at the United Star Auto, and he has a car l was interested in. Needless to say I didnt waste any time and I was in the car of my dreams. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks for everything you guys are the Best.
