Hello wajax. My comment is based on offering me help in my efforts to solve couple issues. Everyone is a business I get it. But it's the people the staff that either help your company or break it, all by simple attitude or courtesy. On my Mercedes engine I stopped ask a couple questions . They were very helpful . Not one person I spoke to was pushy or trying to hurry me. It's kinda like going back to the early 90's of kindness, But Today things have changed so much with approach A person told me go talk to Wajax great people . I had a break down and the tow home the service in states the hotel , cost me a good amount of $$ So to be able and ask a couple questions , with not being push out the door , really says a lot for the people at Wajax. But it was the respect they offered me , that can't be forgotten. They found me something I needed , so back to work for some more trips so I can purchase the part I need. Simplicity never lost any friends , Thk you kindly for treating me like I was family. Simple things go far. Much Respect..... Joseph

Went into Wajax for the first time today cause I was unfamiliar with my first 60 series. Rob squeezed me in on short notice and both Rob and Phil were very knowledgeable and were happy to answer any questions I had and gave me a few pointers on things to watch for. Very helpful and true professionals will definitely be back. Thanks again.
