Best medical facility. I dont understand these negative reviews. Dont have long wait time in waiting room. Nurses are awesome. Dont wait long for appointments. Love this place. Glad they are my medical providers.

I"m not sure a doctor actually exists here. And I have had more rescheduled appointments that those kept as scheduled. I have been a Zizzo patient since birth and always had the best of care until the last 5 years. I believe it is time to move on.

Worst standard of care I have ever received. Nursing staff is ignorant and lazy toward issues, which will likely result in legal action when patient symptoms are dismissed and result in further health issues. Walk in clinics are far more thorough.

Winterberry family medicine is a great doctors office. Dr. Raza, the nurses, and the reception staff are all very polite and welcoming to the office each and every time you visit or call. Highly recommend using this office for your doctor needs.

I have been a patient for about 2 years and have no complaints. The model of a team with more than just doctors I think makes alot of sense. They seem to actively be trying to improve what they do with new staff, follow ups and patient outreach. The nurse practitioners I have seen have been great. Dr. Semenchenko is fantastic.
