ToromontCat is an industry leader in heavy equipment. Propelled by a dedicated and driven workforce this approved Caterpillar Dealer is second to none. The people make this company the success it has become. I can say from personal experience that senior management is completely detached from its work force and continues to try and do as much with as little possible. They will not pay their customer service employees a competitive wage and care only about the stock holders and bottom line. The workforce is demoralized by senior management yet they continue to perform due to a belief in the product and each other. This business continues to capitalize on a motivated work force with the thought of unemployment and finding a new career path constantly in the back of their minds.

Not only are the prices border line criminal, but the service is even worse. It is pathetic how much this company doesn't care about customer satisfaction or making it easy to do business. If you want to get a part, prepare to drive off road through their back lot and then do laps around the building as paper signs direct you from one door to the next. Hopefully you have a cell phone with you because eventually you will have to call one of the various phone numbers plastered on the door...nope? Walk back to the car for the phone and when you call you get told to go back to the door where you started and someone will eventually come out with your parts... That's if you're lucky. If you're having a bad day, it's more likely they just don't answer the phone and after waiting 15-20 minutes calling and knocking everyone will suddenly walk out together and go home, telling you they are now closed. Let's hope it's not raining since you will be outside the whole time without any covered places to walk or wait either. It's as though the management thought they were building an escape room instead of a parts and service center!! It is literally easier to get out of a prison than pick up parts from this place!!!
