My experience with Niagara Fertility was amazing. The nurses were very supportive throughout my entire journey. They offered support when I had canceled cycles, when I emotionally needed to take a break and when I had a miscarriage. When we finally got our positive and eventually our baby girl, the nurses were just as excited for us as we were. They felt like family and I was sad when we were eventually discharged but still sent them updates throughout our pregnancy and after. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatments.

We will be finding a new fertility clinic after how we were treated today. My fiance and I had to drive from Niagara falls and had such bad traffic that we ended up being late by 15 minutes, I tried calling to inform them we would be late, but all i got was "the number you have reached is unable to take your call" . Once we got there, (after over an hour drive), there was no one at the counter and there was a sign saying to sit in the waiting room until the doctor called us. I spaced out and forgot to bring masks so I told my fiance to stay there while I went to buy a couple. He comes downstairs extremely upset and tells me that they refused to see us because we were late and another couple was there. He tells me he said that we don't mind waiting since yes we were late, but not as if we were 30 minutes late or something. Dr.Lam said to him that we have to call and reschedule our appointment and he just walked out because we spent over an hour (almost an hour and a half), driving down to hamilton, wasted gas and not to mention its my fianc birthday, it ruined any plans we could've done that afternoon. I'm disappointed because we were willing to wait and if there phones actually worked, they could've told us over to phone to reschedule instead of us being there and turned away. At my old clinic, we have been late before and never turned away, especially coming from so far! I will be looking into another clinic because I tried to call to no avail and it's unfair that we drove all that way to be turned away. Extremely disappointed in this clinic.

I went to Niagara Fertility for 2 years - when I finally had to venture into IVF they were so sweet and gentle, always carefully wording their expectations/instructions and comforting me when it didn't work out. I am happy to say because of Niagara Fertility IVF monitoring I now I have my 2 month old baby Annabelle! Thank you so much ladies and Dr. Browning, you won't be forgotten! xx

I would rather drive to toronto and be able to be two minutes early without being sent away or two minutes late and not have to wait for another hour to be scheduled again. Waiting rooms go along way! Update: after being rescheduled. i was getting my blood work done, and nurse began confronting me on my review saying how i didnt give them a fair chance, very combative and unprofessional. Reminder I was WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF MY APPOINTMENT

Let me start off by saying we was really excited to becoming a patient, like everywhere else I had to wait a long time to even get a consult with the doctor, I was with this doctors office for approx. 6 months, and we have had zero help, zero guidance, zero attention. My husband and I are trying for a baby (I was 30 and he was 31), so we did the initial first round of bloodwork and ultra sounds which were completed in 2 months. (I wasnt expecting a second day appointment but neither a 6-month waiting for an appointment. We had out first consult Dr. Browning. We had an hour time slot to go over all the results ask any questions. We spent 10 mins with him, every time we had a question it was always, we will deal with that when the time comes, we will deal with that then this happens or that happens. He was never helpful he never gave us the time of day, quickest phone call with a doctor ever! He gave us fertility vitamins which werent for fertility at all. They were body a wellness kits that were $150 a pop- we both needed one. Ive gotten everything in that wellness kit for less than $150 from store bought vitamins. I understand the convenience of being pre-packaged but with a little research and advice from a doctor it was super simple to get the proper vitamins that I needed. But lesson learned. We said right from the beginning we are not interested in IFV, if we cant conceive naturally then we will move on to another options. The first step in our ferity plan was IVF treatments that were not covered by insurance. Which was stated at the first initial consult. So again, the doctor didnt bother to listen to us and jumped right to what would make the most amount of money. The nurses are very rude they barely return phone calls or emails and when they do its short answers and no real information. (I understand not the same day but 3-4 days later is ridiculous) They give you a small window to pick up your prescription from 11:45-12:15. Other than that youre not able to pick them up outside the window. The only positive experience I had with one nurse who did our blood work in office- I dont know her name but she was very pleasant, kept conversation with you and was kind. I had an issue that really scared me and trying to get a hold of them was impossible when I finally did the nurse said we dont deal with that issue, youre going to have to find another doctor to help you Which when I went back to my family doctor, she said I should have spoken to them since they were a fertility doctor and I was having a fertility issue, go figure.. Its already a stressful situation as it is, and this place make it even more stressful. I am 100% happy to never recommend this place to anyone. I have gotten more results with my new fertility doctor in 10 mins of meeting him then I have in almost 6 months with this clinic. I am now 13 weeks pregnant and couldnt be happier with my new doctor who I have been a patient of since September. My advice is to find a doctor that takes the time and care into you and your issue. We both have no health problem, we did everything in a timely manner as covid permitted and we didnt waste their time, but thats 100% what it felt like when we had concerns and issues. We have never been pregnant before; this is our first time experiencing this and we were a waste of time to them.
