        I purchased a CaseMate from the wireless store at the Stony Creek location a year and a half ago. I talked to Azhar who informed me that the defect would be under warranty from Casemate and provided me with all the contact information. Thank you Azhar. The only problem was filling out the form online. It wanted a zip code and what state I lived in. It's not difficult to realize we have provinces and postal codes in Canada. I went to the Costco service desk for help. The store was not busy at the time and explained this to Maggie and she had the same issues with the form. She figured out the glitch and went out of her way to to get my warranty coverage. Now that's outstanding customer service!!!! Thank you! covered under warranty
