Pet Valu

My first time in Pet Valu today and it will be my last. I never experience such customer service in my life. I bought an item and the man at the til said oh it marked incorrectly but i will give you $10 off. All the the items were marked the same price and there was a ticket where they where the item was hanging that was marked for the ticketed prices. Heck even online the Poochie bells were for the ticketed price. So i really don't understand why he would mark them up to 31.99 and say I will give you a $10 discount. Very untrustworthy.

Went to go get my dogs fur cut last week, my dog came home with cuts and marks all over his skin. My super active golden doodle has been so depressed and in pain as he has been sitting in his cage for the past couple days. When i try to see the marks on his skin he even flinches and cry's. Never going back here again not to mention the price of $160. I also asked for a trim not a full shave , my dog had 4 inch long fur and came home with 1cm long fur. I also asked for them not to cut his tail, but he came home with a short shaved tail rounded on the edges. Super disappointed, Wasted my money , and they hurt my fog

It seems as if they have had the wrong hours of operation on the doors for months now as the employee let me know, it says 9 oclock on the door for Saturday nights but when I walked in I was told they closed at 6 and they havent changed it. Perhaps you should do that. Otherwise, when I have shopped here previously the gentleman who helped me was rather helpful.
