Paradigm Fleet Sales, Leasing And Upfitting Hamilton and Burlington

Would like to share my experience with paradigm fleet . Couldnt be happier with how things went , they had me in a 2021 ford transit fully set up for work in 5 days after my first visit. We made a game plan to tackle the interior shelving , ladder rack, and decals and within 5 days I was back to pick it up. Would definitely go back for the next vehicle. Worst experience we have had at any "mechanic" Brought our vehicle here because we have a power terrain warranty with them, but conveniently parts in the motor aren't covered under a warranty on the motor - no communication while they have our vehicle what so ever. Repairs took longer then they were supposed to. We had to call in repeatedly for an update kn repairs parts and when to expect our vehicle - get our vehicle back and with in 1 hour find much bigger issues with our vehicle. Went to another mechanic and confirmed that the 'repairs' they did were not done properly and now need fixed costing more money. Also new issues that it did not go in with. We have invoices from another mechanic proving what they did was shady and could not qualify as a repair 2 months later they send us a bill saying it needs to be paid. This bill was paid on site when picking up our vehicle and have bank records fo match. You can not trust the people who work here and chance having bigger issues. Save your self and go to a good mechanic. Don't advise buying vehicles from them as their 'warranty covers nothing

Nick is your go to for purchasing and renting ! Rented for a month other trucks gave us issues in road. In Butt no where. Nick came through the same day with fair rates compared to these big box companies hes literally way lower. So the road lead us to purchasing our whole fleet for Ontario from him and now looking to have a truck shipped to Edmonton. I cant stress this enough its crucial who you deal with. These guys are your go to they know there STUFF

I got a used cargo van from them a few months ago. About 6 weeks and 11000 km or so I had to do a tune up and change the plugs and coils which cost around $2000. I called and talked to them to see if they could help, and they paid for half the bill, even tho they didn't have to. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially if your like me and a new business owner.
