Terrible service by this sales lady. She offered to show us the model home but as soon as she found we might not buy it on the spot she changed her mind and refused to show us the model home anymore. Even after we asked and she just said since youre not buying it now I dont want to show you anymore. You know, we are honest citizens and my husband and I are expecting a child. Today theres been a huge snowstorm and we still drove all the way from Milton to Stouffville to look at potential houses. Terrible service! I hope she can sleep at night for treating people this bad!

Always watch for papers. What you got offered has to be written and included in every contract. Not only for this company but for any other developer or builder. Always use a trusted lawyer on your side to make sure everything works well and as you expected. They still have sales open if you are looking for a house of your own or even as an investment.
