        I was in this Winners on Friday March 24th. I went to the dressing room , the lady who helped me , her name is Shirley , Shirley was so pleasant & Helpful, then, when I went to cash out, Shirley was my cashier and she was very explanatory to things I know I had never heard before, and Ive shopped there many times, and I found out information Ive never been told before, which was very helpful, she is a Pleasant kind helpful, I so wish there was more Shirleys in this world

        Unfortunately, this location offers the worst service . As a regular winners HomeSense and marshals shopper , this locations manager is very rude . I came to return a 4 piece small deck size patio set and she rudely told me you should have called before coming dont have space in my store to take it back. She expected me to imagine that I should call? The winners receipts do say return is possible at all locations, yet she wouldnt care. I had to call back my husband and re load an entire set. Worst experience and treatment . Ill drive to another location for my future shopping but not this one.
