All the positive reviews lead me here and service was good up until I was owed money. I was promised in person, on the phone and numerous times via email that I would get my $245.95 back. 11 months later I'm still chasing and the sales rep (RD) is dodging my calls/emails and says he will call back. But never does! This is a telling sign to avoid a company/rep like this when they can't even give you money that rightfully isn't theirs. Sad to see a company put of a fake persona only for them to make a sale but hide when they owe you. I'll never buy from this place again and will continue to spread the word to avoid this place and 1 specific sales rep (RD). **edit/add on 5/2/2023** Absolute joke of a company and more specifically the company owner. Not only does he yell on the phone but he also does not want to fix the issue at hand because a negative review was left. Most smart business owners try to solve the issue in exchange for the negative review to be edited or removed. Nope. Not this one. He prefers to be stubborn, yell at a customer and calls them a liar. This is what you call POOR customer service and what a perfect way to lead by example. Anyone looking for great customer service and more specifically an owner that possess this should STAY AWAY and buy your farm equipment from another dealer. I will prob have to kiss the money (owed to me) good bye. Sad to see companies like this still treat customers this way. **Happy to remove this review if I get what I'm owed back. If you're still seeing it here...its because I didn't get it back**

I called customer service, probably 5 minutes before closing. They took my call, answered my questions and never rushed me off. Thank you.
