Shawn and the team were so good! He was very responsive and patient with us as we went through the planning phase of re-sodding our lawn. They came the day they said they would and got the work done in the amount of time they said it would take. The work done was amazing and we are so thrilled with the results. Shawn took the time to answer all our questions and made sure the end result was exactly what we wanted. When I asked to change the shape design in one area of grass, he did so happily even though it meant more work for him. They cleaned up the whole area when they were done and left no trace that they were there (except of course for the amazing-new-fresh-super-green grass). Would definitely use them again and recommend them to all!

This is the first season using their services and so far Shawn and his team have been nothing short of awesome. Professional, extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with, Shawn and his team also take the little things into consideration and have your best interests at heart when it comes to your property.

I have two houses in Markham that have been serviced by Total Property Services for many years. They work hard, they work fast, and most mornings I wake up to walkway and driveway clear of snow from overnight accumulation. They also return to remove the back-breaking snow ridge created by the city plow across the end of the driveway. I would definitely recommend this company for snow removal services.
