Unreliable and Disappointing Cutting Edge "not-so-pro" shop left disappointed kids at a skating birthday party. Their location was closed at the Stouffville Arena & when I called the other nearby locations as well as the numbers on their Facebook, no on answered. I finally was able to speak to the manager at the Aurora location who explained that he couldn't get anyone to work at both Stouffville locations today. He also explained that they don't offer skate rentals at the Stouffville Arena location & only on Sundays at the Clippers locations. I told him that their website shows otherwise. Their website clearly indicates: SKATE RENTALS in York Region Skate rentals and helmets are available during public skating, stick n puck and registered learn-to-skate times from ourStouffville Clippers,Stouffville Arena,Stronach Aurora&Milliken Millslocations. I will not be using their services in the future neither do I recommend anyone to use their services as well. Perhaps no one will have to since they are either closed or have limited services to offer. The only good thing is that the manager listened to my complaints with patience and understanding. Nevertheless, if their website specified that they didn't offer skate rentals at the Stouffville Arena, we would have made other plans instead.
