Live in Newmarket and this so called Company with their SO called Lightning fast Internet destroyed all the streets. Destroyed lawns and did shoddy repairs to put the grass back. And if that was not bad enough, the guys they use to get you to sign up to their "Lightning Fast" internet do not understand the meaning of the word NO. In other words, do yourself a HUGE favor and avoid this company like the plague!!!

Driver in ford truck 01, labeled with your company decals almost ran two people off the highway 404 and racing in and out of traffic very dangerous. Would not recommend your company to anyone. If you can't drive I would hate to see the quality of your work must be even worse.

***EDITED*** It was a little rough when we first got it (Down once a month and needed to call customer service). But since they had a major outage back in January or February we've had no issues. Unlike Rogers, downtimes are 30-60 seconds at most and it's extremely consistent. If you live in Stouffville, this is a no brainer choice when compared to Rogers.

I live in Newmarket. Their crews were in my neighborhood installing new fiber. They dug up hundreds of lawns and repaired their mess with a mixture of sand and gravel. The only effort this company displayed was when they sent their sales team out to ring doorbells looking for new customers for a month straight. They obviously do not care about you.

I recently switched to TelMax for my home internet and couldn't be happier! Their installer did an excellent job and made sure that everything was set up perfectly. I'm now enjoying incredibly fast speeds of 1GB and the latency is almost always close to 0. What's more, when I first experienced a slow speed issue, their support team was extremely helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, I'm very impressed with TelMax and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and fast internet service.
