Excellent assistance! Called to request an appt for bra fitting for family member with a developmental handicap. Received an immediate call back and appt was offered on the same day. The service provided by Tara was exceptional. She helped with proper sizing and chose 3 great options. Extremely pleased with how professional, and helpful she was and how comfortable she made us feel. I definitely recommend this service and this store!

My wife and sister in law went to this store on Friday. Since the Main Street was closed for traffic due to holiday market, they asked the person at the store if they were open. The lady was with another customer but said they were open. So my wife and her sister went inside and started browsing around. They liked a couple of items and went back to speak to the lady working there. But were rudely told our drawers are not self-serve. Ok - so thats fine, its our mistake in assuming they were self-serve like most other stores. However the lady at the store goes on to say we are by appointment only and right now I am in a meeting. Hmm couldnt she have said that when we entered the store and asked if they were open? Whats with the attitude? My sister in law felt that they were discriminated against because they both wore hijabs. She said when they entered the store, the woman working there looked at them up and down. Very disappointed to see this from a local store in our town where everyone has been so inclusive and respectful always. We tried to take our business to a local store as we always do. But we will now take it elsewhere.

Visited just before the December lockdown, all required protocols were met and my temperature was taken at the door. This is a nice little shop that's been in Stouffville for quite some time now, the lingerie/bra shop is in back of the high-end consignment store Pretty happy with my recent experience; if I could offer some constructive feedback it would be to afford a little more privacy to your customers, I had 2 different salespeople (women of course) outside my open curtain while I was standing there in just a bra and my jeans, it was a little uncomfortable until I shut the curtain on them
