As a Contractor, professionalism and competence are both critical. Having worked with Justine on several occasions, on projects of various kinds, I am always confident that I can introduce Justine to our Clients and not be surprised when they tell me how much they like her. She knows her stuff, and never guesses. She makes phone calls, communicates with City Officials and even looks things up when the situation calls for it. I put my reputation in her hands and have never been disappointed. The drawings are clear, consise and most importantly, accurate. She communicates effectively and takes the time to listen. When problems arise on site, she doesn't avoid my emails or calls. She digs in and helps us resolve them. One of the best decisions I have made in my career so far was to put my trust in The Hive Design co. Work with her once, and you'll see what I mean.
