Bought a single appliance that had free delivery. Was told if I buy a second there is a 15% discount on both. Purchased a second appliance for a total purchase of $1750. Now the first appliance no longer qualifies for free delivery even though I've spent more then double. Complete joke of a store; they really couldn't care less!

Bought a new Natasha Queen mattress and was very impressed by both the quality and price of the product. The service we received from Theoren was definitely 5 star. He answered all questions honestly and gave us printouts on the mattress we had requested. Not our first time shopping at this location in Stratford and we have always dealt with pleasant, knowledgeable people and love the service we have received. They are all very personable and store does have a great selection of furniture. Definitely will be returning as our needs require

I have yet to receive my order as it will be delivered next week but, I wanted to let you know that the service I received from the salesman was outstanding. I can't wait to get my order and I will be back to review it.
