We had Susan come to our home with hopes of her providing us some design techiques, and decorating ideas to improve the look and feel to our home. Susan more than accomplished this task. She had so many great ideas regarding colour, furnishings, lighting, furniture placement, and where and what things to hang on the walls. She not only provided suggestions as to what could be purchased but she also offered suggestions as to how we could make use of items we have. Her ideas were very practical. I used interiorswow for staging my townhouse and I couldn't believe the results. It didn't even look like my house anymore! Susan was able to provide a list of improvements I could make to improve the value of my home before sale. I did what I could and following her advice made a huge difference in the appearance and resale value if my townhouse. She then staged the townhouse for maximum attractiveness and the results were amazing. We sold within a few days for a great price. I highly recommend staging to anyone who is considering it. Decluttering and bringing in the right furniture for your home can make a world of difference in someones first impression and raise the value of your house by alot! Well worth the cost!

Susan is amazing! If you ever need someone to help stage, renovate, or just need advice on preparing a house for sale... look no further! Before Susan took over wed listed the house and had no offers. By the time Susan was finished we had multiple offers and sold the home $130k over asking!!! During our initial consultation I was immediately impressed by her recommendations. We quickly decided to use her services and Im glad we did. She led a renovation from start to finish, was on budget, very prompt to communicate progress, and the result of her work was fantastic. The house looked and presented so well after she was finished... it was a jaw-dropping transformation! Best of all, my client over the moon with the end result.
