        Just got back from a trip of a lifetime to South Africa. The trip was well organized and every detail was included. Rob and Heather were great hosts. The accommodations were amazing and the Safari was beyond expectations. Thank you. Audrey Wong

        we had found the resort and travel deal ourselves but wanted the reassurance and peace of mind with booking through a travel agent. Our resort at Cayo Las Brujas was great for the cost, unfortunately my experience with Blowes travel rep was not. We requested adult section, she booked us in family. When we asked for assistance she recommended we speak to our Sunwing rep. We paid $50 to upgrade to adult and advised her of this and she offered no accommodation, reimbursement or even apology. Later when we circled back with her she made a point numerous times to remind us she has another job and she cannot assist us. In the future Ill save myself the Blowes booking fee seeing as no one was available to assist us when in another country and we were brushed off rather than reassured.
