        I recently took my 96-year-old mother to Amplifon Strathroy for a hearing assessment, and we were so grateful for the compassionate and professional care we received. Alissa at the administration desk actually came outside to assist us in getting Mom out of the car safely. Both Alissa and Hanna were very friendly and kind, and very attentive to Moms needs, while also carefully following Covid protocol. Hanna explained everything clearly to Mom, and expertly guided us through the hearing test and also with the selection of hearing aids. We didnt feel rushed, and we left feeling that we had definitely made the right choice by choosing Amplifon. I recommend this place very highly!

        Had a prompt appointment. Test was quick and professional. Hearing aids greatly improved my hearing ability. An overall great experience, but be prepared. I had no idea you couldn't buy any aid under $1000.00

        I have benefited from my hearing aids for 3 years now. I believe they are a very good product, but I am especially impressed with the competence and friendliness of the staff. On separate occasions, both Kristen and Lisa have resolved problems (mainly due to my carelessness) and restored full function to my aids - always promptly and at no charge. In short, they are excellent to deal with, and I plan to be a long term customer. Big thanks!
