Bad service I bought three parts and they sold me the wrong part for all three different parts a wheel bearing and 2 coil packs. I had trouble finding my paper receipt its a work truck, they gave me a hard time and would not return a 150.00 wheel bearing that I purchased because the lady at the cash sold me the wrong bearing and she also entered the wrong code into their program so I have a brand new bearing that I bought from them and without the piece of paper receipt they will not refund my money although I can show them that I paid $450 worth of parts in just one day and also other dates around that and they simply could not find that part number being sold. So as I was at the counter - with no receipt a young guy was able to give me money back for the two coil packs and as I was complaining to his superior saying it's not fair that she made a mistake and now I can't get my money back for the bearing, the older guy who was watching the younger guy said to me" Well you have no receipt so I can just say no we're not taking it" and he had a smirk of accomplishment that made me feel like a theif like he is suggesting I am being dishonest or I'm trying to scam the store! Said there's nothing he can do for me. So I grabbed the useless bearing and left in defeat....thinking he was being pretty rude. Then I went to a different location and got my money back!! What a rude sob Thanks buddy for nothing

The employees are very friendly.and knowledgeable with the products they sell you.I leave satisfied either way even if the don't have the product available or out of stock because they try to figure out a solution to how or where you can get them.
