Finally built up the courage to talk to someone realizing I needed help and come the day of my appointment I got no phone call no nothing. Didn't bother calling them back as I spoke with them a few times prior to my first "counseling session" really disappointing. Before someone says "maybe they didn't have your phone number" they called me so there's no way they didn't. They never even tried to call after the fact to try and set up another session or anything. I haven't tried to see anyone else because I'm to a point where I couldn't care if people I try to seek help from also don't care. I'll just struggle instead of being let down by other people. 2 stars since they were nice on the phone but also hard to get ahold of...
