Connor has been a great help and source of information and motivation. The equipment is great quality. My wife and I have started our physical fitness journey this winter and have been adding mats, bench (not seen here) and more recently better dumbells and squat rack and dumbell stand :) Small, however its a start!

I was told about AK by my coach and ordered some Iron Grip Hand Grips. Within 30 minutes of placing my order, Connor called to tell me the 100lbs have been upgraded and they'll be black in colour while the 200lbs will be silver. He wanted to let me know about the change and make sure I was okay with it before they sent it out. Little things like that go a long way. 10/10 will be buying from them again.

Nothing but positive things to say! Went in 10 minutes before closing and Connor even stayed late to help my husband and I find the perfect treadmill. It was on order and he gave us a super clear ETA and signed us up for notifications! We got an email as soon as it was in (earlier than expected!) and had it home within the hour. So ecstatic with our purchase. Connors knowledge got us the perfect fit for our goals and budget, with the best warranty in the business.
