        Bought 6 huge prime rib roasts for a client. Absolutely fabulous meat, expertly butchered, trussed and the rib rack was even pre cut. Clients were thrilled with the quality, and the price was definitely fair given the time of year. Definitely going to be my go to for red meat and more.
