It took me two days and 6 hours total to get information about my wife's account trying to get an NR4 statement for taxes. They were no help at all. I really only give them a half star.

I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my call with them. The representative I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. She had a bad attitude and was dismissive.

Sent in a T1 adjustment for an older income tax form. Gave the necessary documentation for the year that needed adjustment. A month later, I find out an Adjustment was started for 2 years, not just 1. Such a waste of time, can't cancel the un needed one, and no one can give me a direct line to anyone who can actually provide information or help. I filed a RC193, but even that will take at least a month (conveniently concluding around the time the adjustments are supposed to be done). Only added 1 extra star because the agents I spoke to were polite, and the paperwork showed up online, but the extra hassle is not worth it.
